Despite both Charley Uchea and Nicky Maxwell agreeing the context of what Emily said was not meant to be racially offensive, she was hauled out of bed at 3.30am and told to leave the house via the side door.
The rest of the housemates did not learn about Emily’s departure until around 9.30am the following morning.
